Ruian Huasheng Auto Parts Co.,ltd. is a professional manufacturer of starter drive, solenoid switch, drive shaft and alternator one-way pulley for automobiles and motorcycles. Our main products like roller type, internal gear speed-down type, planet speed-down type and so on for starter drive assembly and parts.
Founded in 1992, our factory is located in Tangxia Town, Ruian City, known as the “Capital of Auto & Motorcycle Parts in China,” covering an area of 6,000 square meters. We currently employ over 100 staff, with engineering and technical personnel accounting for 20% of the total, including 8 senior engineers, demonstrating strong technical capability and well-designed production processes. The factory strictly implements the ISO9001 quality management system and is equipped with advanced testing equipment, including a coordinate measuring machine, gear profile and tooth measuring instrument, digital measuring projector, spring tensile and compression testing machine, metallographic microscope, Brinell hardness tester, gear runout tester, one-way clutch durability test bench, and a modern box-type carburizing furnace, ensuring reliable product quality. We currently offer more than 1，800 types of starter drives for automobiles and motorcycles,solenoid switch,starter planetary shafts and alternator one-way pulleys, with an annual production capacity exceeding 3 million sets. With continuous enterprise growth and increasing product varieties, approximately 90% of our products are exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, South America, Russia, North America, and other regions, also supplying OEMs domestically and internationally. The company continuously updates production and mold-making technologies, adopting internationally widely used cold extrusion techniques, and has established complete mechanical processing, assembly, and testing production lines, thereby stabilizing and improving product quality and earning consistent customer satisfaction and market recognition.
